Absolutely terrible place for my birthday dinner. First our order sat dying in the window for 20 mins waiting on my child cheese pizza. But when it came it it had no pizza sauce whatsoever. When I alerted the waitress, she went and talked to kitchen. She comes back and says they said that it doesn't come with tomato sauce (pizza sauce). So I was then forced to go get a menu and clearly show them that yesterday it clearly says that it does. After a few mins I'm told there was a language barrier. 27 minutes later(after all our food is cold and we are ready to go my child's food finally comes out. They didn't even want to take the pizza off at first. Management was terrible, say there laughing with people during the whole thing and never wanted to come check on us, but he had the nerve to come check on table beside us which had only had waters so far. Forced to miss our next stop due to it taking nso long. Absolutely terrible experience.

Not a large variety of appetizers to choose from. Pork chops were overcooked, they cooked some more for me.... still at the point of being overcooked. I wanted to eat so I decided to keep them. Manager was great, server was great...food was just subpar though

Food was amazing. My husband said his steak was the best he has had. Great service, great food! Can't wait to come back

We’ve been going here for years. We choose it over Ruth’s Chris because of the value. Food is wonderful and last night was no exception. But this might be our last visit. While food was delicious and service was very good, we were seated by the open kitchen and the view wasn’t good. The floor was littered with trash and debris. The kitchen itself might have been fine but the overall area was not clean. Also the carpet in the restaurant had wadded paper and straw wrappers all over. Chipped tile and overall worn. I know I know. It’s probably that way in kitchens where you can’t see. But ultimately I could see it and it wasn’t a good feeling. Hostess and all staff super friendly and working really hard. Chopped salad fantastic. Hope the management see this and encourages better practice. I know it’s hard to find workers but yes it matters with open kitchen.

We were sat in this private back room, which was quite Cold. But overall I would go back because my drink and Dinner were delicious. Also, the food came out quickly and the employees were friendly.

Had a 7pm reservation that we were seated for rather quickly, waiter took our drink order then within 10 minutes took our food order. While we waited two parties were seated beside us. Both had same waiter. Both parties had their entrees and were finished eating before I asked the waiter (who was nowhere to be found) what was wrong with our order. He came back and stated that the ticket was lost and now after 40 minutes my ticket was entered. Food finally came out and it was cold, the waiter said he was sorry but never offered to discount the meal or anything. He comes over and hands me the $85 check and leaves. I almost did not pay the bill as I was so upset. There was no acknowledgment of the error and nothing done to make it right. So I paid my bill but had to be the person to leave my server no tip. I understand accidents happen and really wasn’t looking for anything other then “hey I tried to make this right but the manager said no” that would have meant a lot rather than absolutely nothing to be done. Totally unacceptable.

Our Waiter was very pleasant, and did an amazing job. 2nd visit they were out of Ribeyes so styled for the filet. Good but not the ribeye!! My Walt had the Salmon Fresca and it was really good and the Lobster Bisque is always one of my favorites
