    We are locals and used to go to Brio but last time it was extremely disappointing. The service was poor. A mimosa and a bottle of beer took 25 min to arrive. No water between. The food, just mine and my daughter’s were ok. The chicken on my plate was dry, like they cooked the day before. My husband’s food he didn’t eat half of them. My son, the same. Definitely there is not a choice anymore.

    Although the opentable app has allowed us to make a 10pm reservation, the restaurant refused to serve us saying it was too late. It resulted on a very unpleasant situation. I would like to be compensated for such unnaceptable circumstance.

    Although our server was great and did a good job, the kitchen did a terrible job by sending uncooked meat to our table. The appetizer that was supposed to be warm was cold and the crackers were stale. They didn’t have lemonade.

    It was clear they were understaffed. It took about an hour to get our food. I did see a table that were seated after us that got their food first, so I’m not sure what that was about. We were a party of 4 and we didn’t order anything unusual so we weren’t happy we had to wait longer than others to get our food. Also, it didn’t seem to make a difference we made a reservation… still had to wait more than 20 minutes to get our table, even though we arrived exactly on time. All of the entrees we ordered tasted mediocre at best. At least the complementary bread was excellent. This was Christmas evening so I didn’t expect stellar service but it was disappointing and frustrating experience overall. We did leave a 30% tip despite the service because we felt bad the server had to work on Christmas.

    We had a wonderful experience! We were concerned with it being Christmas Day that we wouldn’t receive the best service but boy were we wrong! Our service was energetic and kind and right on top of everything we needed!
