    We had a reservation for 9pm and when we got there we were told to wait a few minutes in which after 10-15 mins we opted to sit at a table next to the bar to the bar and were notified that our table was ready for over 30 mins. The waiter seemed new. I ordered a drink from the bar which was horrible but tried to doctor it up with simple syrup instead of sending it back and had to ask for simple syrup several times. It took over 30 mins to get our food and by the time it came I wasn’t hungry anymore. The overall experience was horrible. I couldn’t say it was this way because it was V-day because the restaurant was actually clearing out so it wasn’t overly crowded and busy.

    Had a great dinner and great service on a very busy Valentine’s Day . The food was fantastic I will definitely go back . I would let friends know what a truly enjoyable dining experience

    Confirmed reservations for 8 and Brio had no table ready. Service terrible. $50 filet was not a filet cut of beef and came out 10 minutes after other meals, 2 other dishes were no served and need to be reordered. Terrible value in food quality and service for prices charged.

    Hamburger ordered rare yet it came very dry and well done. Not edible. Server did the right thing and did not charge ne for it. Server was trying really hard to keep up, but clearly understaffed in the bar area. Yet, in the restaurant area there were servers just hanging around.

    Waitress took 10 -15 minutes to greet us. We had to sit outside because the noise level inside was extremely loud. We received bread before drinks were given.

    Dinner was very good, as usual. Service was horrendous....waiter had no clue what he was doing. Didn't know about "wine Wednesday", dinner specials, or any thing else we asked him questions about. Took forever to get him to come to table to order initial drinks, then took forever to get those initial drinks. Never got bread (even though asked numerous times, he said "it was being baked, they ran out") It was 5:20 pm, and they ran out????? Dinner came 5-8 minutes after we ordered it, never got time to enjoy drinks. Second thoughts about returning.
