The restaurant was crowded and noisy. It took almost 40 min to get my soup while my wife ate her salad and also had to wait almost 30 min for an over priced mediocre wine. When the food came it was just OK. Skimpy on the Marsala sauce. For a restaurant that poses as upscale dining at a reasonable price it could be better with a little more attention to detail.

Always easy to get a table. Nice atmosphere, not too much noise. Usually good service and well paced. Salmon Fresca is an exceptionally good meal, and side salads are plentiful. There is also a good management presence to keep things on track and make you feel special. Head chef is a rock star, always delivering perfect meals.

The receptionist declined my reservation because I made it just 15 min prior to the reservation time. Open table provided me with an available table at 2:00pm so I took it and still the receptionist would not honor my reservation. I had to make her call the manager to fix the problem and he immediately found an available table for me. So, I’m not sure why the receptionist is so entitled to refuse someone reservation and make it a big deal like if the restaurant was hers. Very disappointed. The service from the waiter offset the rough time the receptionist made my group go through.

Visited for lunch and tried the chicken limone. It was served with mashed potatoes and broccolini and it was delicious. I'm glad I took the staff's recommendation to try it

Food very good. Chicken Limon and spagetti bolonese tasty. Service quite good But location needs some brushing up. Table was scratched up and seats in booth cracked. Still, restaurant clean

Our server, Nick, was excellent. Very attentive and we had a great chat about fantasy football! Overall a positive experience, but please turn down the AC! It was 65 out and the restaurant was colder 🥶

Brio has the best Carpaccio! The wedge salad is also delicious. The service was on point and the ambience is good.

They were very busy on Thanksgiving. The entire staff including Manager Jeff were hustling and killing it. Food came out fast and hot. It was great…

Made reservations for Thanksgiving. Made them for 2 o’clock. Thought it wouldn’t be crowded. It was very crowded. Very noisy. Reservation specified what they would be a person in a wheelchair. We were sat at a small bistro-like-table way in the back. Table too small. It was Really for 2 people. The waiter was frazzled by 2pm. Took 20 minutes before we got a basket of bread that was served with the food and not before. Been to Brio many times before. Always had a great meal and fine time. This was not one of them. I will think twice about making reservations on a holiday again.
