Contemporary Coastal and New Orleans cuisine served in the historic Warehouse District. Briquette serves up unique seafood creations from the Louisiana Gulf waters and around the world. Seafood specialties include Louisiana Redfish On The Half Shell, Snapper Ponchartrain with Lump Crabmeat, and Whole Branzino. Features also include Prime steaks, pork porterhouse, lamb, veal and pastas.

    Service was exceptional from the bar to the dining room. Drinks and food were also excellent!!

    Food did not taste bad however was cold when brought to the table. Waiters started rearranging tables and organizing restaurant while we still were eating, very unprofessional. The noise of moving tables and chairs was very off putting. More expensive than similar fishies in other restaurants I visited during my stay. Definitely not a place I would come back or recommend

    Trying to be an upscale restaurant but its just not there. A fine place. Nothing to write home about. If you are in the area and want a decent meal its a good place. Wouldn’t recommend it with plenty of other great options nearby.

    Bread service ($10) came out stale/hard. Gumbo was garlicky and crab bisques was ok, ate about half. Redfish on half shell was really good but overpriced, and the loaded with shrimp, crab and crawfish on top was cold. ($80) Potatoes that come with fried/roasted and underwhelmed. Drinks were just ok. We were disappointed and will not be back. There are much better restaurants in New Orleans. Service was great and took off bread and one drink from the bill, and ambiance was good. The food needs a quality improvement.

    We had an amazing experience. Even though it was a full house we were seated with our reservation immediately. Our server Felicia was just incredible. The food was delicious! Definitely recommend

    Thanksgiving Dinner is never complete without delicious dinner rolls. Well, if you want more than 1 dinner roll for your table just order the bread service here. For 10$ you get 5 assorted breads, all served ice cold. If you ask for more of a certain kind you can get them but each refill of the basket it’s another 10$. Ridiculous!!!! Our server was young And very new. We asked for suggestions on wine but she knew nothing nor did she offer to bring someone over who did. Not the experience we were looking for!!!!

    Thanksgiving Dinner with a New Orleans twist was outstanding! Delicious food and sizable portions, great service and nice atmosphere in a casual setting. Thank you!
