Since its opening, Brix 25 Restaurant has been hailed as one of the best restaurants in the Northwest. Brix 25° is Seasonal Northwest Cuisine. Chef/Owner Thad Lyman updates the menu seasonally and whenever the mood strikes, working with his team in an open kitchen. The menu is rustic and refined, rooted in Northwest products, embellished with classic cooking techniques.

We are small and proud to be an intimate restaurant. Being smaller allows us to focus on delicious food, inventive hand crafted cocktails and a curated, Northwest focused wine list.

Located on the waterfront in downtown Gig Harbor, our foremost goal is that every guest has a memorable experience. Brix 25 is the perfect fine dining experience for romantic occasions, anniversary's, family gatherings, business dinners or just because.

The food is consistently outstanding, and the atmosphere never disappoints. Josh is, without a doubt, an incredible server—attentive, friendly, and truly elevates the entire meal.                                                                     Kudos on a seamless experience despite a power outage for half of our evening. The staff is professional and attentive even in adverse working conditions, and the dinner was fabulous.

                                                                    Brix 25 never disappoints! The dishes are creative, innovative, and delicious. The staff is thoughtful, attentive, knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. There is nothing else like it in the South Sound!

                                                                    From the food, to the views and the incredible service, Brix 25 is easily the best restaurant I’ve ever been to. Everyone was so incredibly welcoming, the food was hot and delicious, and we left with a happy memory and of a beautiful view of the harbor. We will be returning for our last night in Washington, but we will certainly not be strangers. This will be a must on every Seattle trip we take. Thanks for the incredible service and delicious food. Highly recommend the tiramisu and the cocktails!

                                                                    We celebrated our anniversary with Brix25! It was an amazing experience! The food was delicious and the staff were very welcoming, knowledgeable and attentive. We will definitly be going back!

                                                                    We enjoy this restaurant. This last time we had a halibut confit appetizer that we didn't want to end. It was so good -- one of the better things we have ever tasted. We cook often and eat out regularly, so this is a big compliment. My wife's dinner was salmon and unfortunately it was dressed in a lot of orange peel, a flavor neither of us like in large quantities as it is overpowering. This was a surprise as it wasn't mentioned on the menu. I had the bucatini carbonara with mushrooms. Excellent. For dessert we shared the restaurant's version of affogato, which is not traditional, but is very good. It's a great little spot. It can get noisy at times depending on the clientele. Service is excellent! Wine list is not overly large but has some lovely choices and the cocktails are great. We will go again.

                                                                    Very nice restaurant with a great staff. I ordered the burger with some hesitation but was pleasantly surprised with a truly amazing gourmet burger. The best I've ever had!..
