Since its opening, Brix 25 Restaurant has been hailed as one of the best restaurants in the Northwest. Brix 25° is Seasonal Northwest Cuisine. Chef/Owner Thad Lyman updates the menu seasonally and whenever the mood strikes, working with his team in an open kitchen. The menu is rustic and refined, rooted in Northwest products, embellished with classic cooking techniques.

We are small and proud to be an intimate restaurant. Being smaller allows us to focus on delicious food, inventive hand crafted cocktails and a curated, Northwest focused wine list.

Located on the waterfront in downtown Gig Harbor, our foremost goal is that every guest has a memorable experience. Brix 25 is the perfect fine dining experience for romantic occasions, anniversary's, family gatherings, business dinners or just because.

                                                                    Our server was absolutely fantastic! The hosts went above and beyond to honor and acknowledge our reservation requests for seating... They had non-alcoholic mocktails, which was really nice since I'm currently pregnant and avoiding alcohol. The food had some stand outs- We adored the made-in-house sourdough bread and artisan compound butter (blackberry balsamic ganache 😍), the filet mignon special, the mushroom parmesan campanelle, and the dessert special peanut butter blondie with salted caramel ice cream and blackberry jam. 🤤 I ordered the dark chocolate "creme brulee" and was surprised that I really did not like it. I'm a dark chocolate fan but it was really bitter and not balanced with enough sweetness or salt or maybe both. I admitted my feelings to our excellent server when she asked and she immediately took care of it and offered me something else. I tried the tiramisu instead and it was delicious! The Buttercream and the Chantilly cream with the cocoa nibs were just wonderful. The "ladyfingers" were weirdly dense, like flat pancakes... but the cream was so good, we still really enjoyed it. We also tried the wilted arugula salad and the hamachi crudo which were both solid but not favorites. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. We were treated so well and the food was overall very worth the price. We can't wait to come back!

                                                                    Brix25 is one of our favorites in Gig Harbor and has been ever since moving here 7 years ago. The service is always outstanding, the food is exceptional and the menu has just the right amount of change/evolution seasonally and annually to still be the same great restaurant experience but also never become old/stale. The decor and ambience is amazing regardless if you have a window view of the harbor or a high table in the bar. Everyone is treated like a VIP - One of the best restaurant experiences we've ever had (including a lot of foodie travel trips across the country). You simply can't miss with Brix25.

                                                                    We thoroughly enjoyed the food, service and atmosphere. Relaxing Valentine's with my spouse of 46 years! Joshua had great suggestions, and just the right amount of service from him and his helpers. (Not intrusive but never had to wait too long) Appreciated the validated parking behind the restaurant and complimentary champagne was a nice touch! Can't wait to try your other restaurants and icecreamery.

                                                                    Every time we go to Brix25 we have a great time and the food and service is the biggest part of that experience. Loved our server Lyndsey and the selection of special cocktails too.

                                                                    Brix is the best upscale dining experience in the Peninsula area, hands down. Great food, great staff, great ambiance. For Valentine's Day they partnered with a painter and floral shop, so my table last night had a beautiful painting of my wife and I and a fantastic bouquet ready on the table when we arrived. Highly recommend!
