   I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this restaurant was frustrating enough to warrant one. I ordered the chicken and biscuits, and unfortunately, both were undercooked—an immediate red flag for both safety and quality. The chicken was still pink in the center, and the biscuits were doughy and raw inside. To make matters worse, the service was painfully slow. It took nearly an hour just to get our initial order, and when I pointed out the issue and requested a remake, I didn’t expect to be waiting another two and a half hours. That’s unacceptable under any circumstance, especially when the restaurant wasn't even that busy. No updates, no apologies, just silence and an eventual replacement long after we’d lost our appetites. Needless to say, we won’t be returning. Save your time and money—there are far better options out there that respect both your palate and your time.

   80 percent of all alcohol was black owned. It was a vibe with the music and food. I would love to go back again.

   I picked this place because I thought it was perfect for Mother’s Day, walking in it was very cute music was perfect but a little to loud especially if your at a table trying to talk…. Now the waitress took our drink order BUT we waited about a good 30mins for my mom’s glass of wine! (U would have thought they forgot)… now 3 of us had the same thing (little chicken & biscuit) my food came out literally cold gravy was not mixed I could still see the flour… alright I told the person who brought it out it was cold… he literally just went to warm it up by that time I didn’t want it NOW they did let me substitute for the lobster roll and that was PERFECT cuz u can’t mess that up cool… now a guy came over and asked how was our drinks we told him they were cool but we wanted to order just an extra because we couldn’t get a hold of the waitress AGAIN…. I asked for something with Hennessy and the others asked for like blanco tequila and something else…. When we the bill came thru charged us $25 for an Anejo when that’s not what we asked for then made changes for turning one drink into another drink something we didn’t ask for… so I blamed the guy who walked over there and just did whatever he wanted to….. next time MAYBE I’ll just sit for the wine

   We went for Mother's Day Brunch. Our server was pleasant and attentive . The food was served promptly and was tasty. We look forward to visiting again.

   I absolutely love the Bronzeville Winery!! Great experience right in my community. From service to food to music, absolutely exceptional experience. Will definitely be back!

    My friends and I came here for dinner and it was definitely a vibe. India.Arie's "Video" welcomed us in, and great hits from the 90s & 2000s serenaded us for the rest of the night. The food was fresh and flavorful, the staff were pleasant, and atmosphere perfect for winding down on a Sunday evening.
