Prezzi adeguati a centro New York, Asian Fusion interessante, personale cordialissimo; abbastanza elegante ma un po’ troppo buio, da italiano mi fa un po’ strano nell’eleganza trovare tovagliette di carta ma capisco le differenze culturali

The ambiance is very nice. Good music. Good food but everything didnt come out at the same time. I had a 9pm reservation and got there at 9:15. There is a 15 minute grace period. I didnt get seated until 10pm. Thats not good for someone with a reservation.

Went looking for a pre-show meal for 5:30. Made reservation (Open Table) and showed up on the dot. Took 15 min to get seated AFTER the 5 couples that came in after us (4 of the 5 with NO reservation). While the ambiance of the restaurant is chic, it is completely obliterated by the oversized screen (and multiple smaller ones) showing college basketball. REALLY?! The menu, in a word: CONFUSING!! And it seems to be solely oriented to all portions for two. Pretty presumptuous... Part of the confusion was there did not seem to be much cohesion to the food: chops, with weird Asian influence, meets dumplings?!? WTH? Quality was a miss: lousy cuts for the pork chops, and broccoli limp and over-garliqued, Waiter, Kevahn, was polite and did his best for us. He even got us "expedited" even as it took almost 40 min for food to arrive - almost missed the show... Not going back there....

Amazing after show dinner. The hostess were friendly upon arrival. We were seated promptly. Our waiter was very professional and helpful. Food / Chefs 💋. I will definitely be returning to try something else on the menu. I highly recommend this establishment.

At first we were sat at a table up against a pole where it was near impossible to sit at. The waitress was kind enough to move us but otherwise missing for most of the evening. She never came around to check on us. I believe they gave us the wrong dumplings. The rest of the food was fine but not nearly with the prices. Longhorn serves better food. The chairs, tables and rest of the place were very cheap and classless. This is a nice restaurant for a low income middle of the country town and certainly not for NYC. Very low budget. I do not recommend eating here. Go to Capital Grill or Del Frisco's.

The customer service is excellent! The hostesses in the front was very welcoming and polite. We had reservations and there was no waiting to get to our table.. we were seated in a quiet area. Our server was nice. However everything we wanted to order she would contradict us and force us to order something we didn’t want. We didn’t want to over indulge because we had other plans and wanted to enjoy our smaller portions. And ended up ordering things we didn’t enjoy and had to bring the rest back to our hotel..

Last night (1.23.25) we celebrated my son’s 28th bday at the timessquare location. First time at this location. Have been to Nassau location several times and love it! The staff upfront here was pleasant. Food was delicious👌🏼 😋 nice atmosphere. But, our waiter (Wong) needs improvement and we were disappointed in our experience. Waiter did not acknowledge the celebration even when it was bought to his attention. We took advantage of restaurant week and would have paid additional price for whatever. We were over it! 😔 *Do not use parking garage right next door. He did not park our car because he wanted an extra $20 in cash up front. 😡 We went to next one and parked for $60. Expensive but I rather pay where it’s good customer service.

The restaurant is more Asian themed than a chophouse and I understood that when I made the reservation. However, the waiter didn’t understand his menu and when we asked helped with regards to the size of the dishes and which ones were shareable, he couldn’t help. Also, he gave us the wrong appetizers.
