   Our service was outstanding. Our waiter Griffin did a fabulous job. Food was hot, noice level was as expected. Probably the best service we have had in a long time. Thank you Griffin for making our dinner enjoyable.

   The quality of the food has fallen, IMHO. All the dishes my table ordered were pretty bland, all using the exact same tomato marinara. Service was very slow, and our drink orders were wrong. Finally, It seems the restaurant is only serving larger groups who are there to celebrate birthdays. We heard the birthday song at least 10 times during our visit.

   The worst service I’ve had in my entire life unfortunately. The waiter got the drinks wrong, it took 15 mins to get the correct drinks. The food came out cold, not even warm, the waiter came back 20 mins after dropping the food off. We asked him to heat it up or redo it, he disappeared for 15 mins to come back and say “ we took off the lasagna “ would you like a free ice cream or cake? We said, no we came to eat lasagna, we’d like hot lasagna, he disappeared again for about 25 mins and came back with lasagna. We didn’t have fresh plates or refills so at that point he was waiting on a table encouraging them to drink more wine because they’d only had 4 bottles and the record was 5.. He sat down with the party he was waiting on and had a glass of wine. Laughing and just having a great time meanwhile we continued to have issues. I’m pretty sure you shouldn’t be drinking on the job! They took off the lasagna which they should and we got the colossal sundae and that was great… I spoke with the manager on the way out and in my opinion he didn’t take it seriously. This was a very important birthday for someone in our party.. They eat here EVERY year! He was very disappointed!! We were there 2 hours and 40 minutes… absolutely ridiculous! Also, even after a phone conversation with the same manager the next day, I’m not happy, I did ask to speak to the GM but they must be too busy! Sorry, but the other reviews speak to your establishments issues. The entire meal should have been completely free after such a bad experience.

   It’s been years since we’ve been to this location. Came to celebrate for a birthday and we had a great time. Stacy took great care of us and even assisted in helping us pick out a wine. Will definitely come back!

   Why go here when there is olive garden and maggiano's... Little Ferrari in Maderia, Giovanni's in White Oak are the best in town. Price is you get what you pay for, but we did have great service.

   Jordan was our server, and he was absolutely wonderful! Had a party of 9 for my mom’s birthday dinner, Jordan was on top of everything! We didn’t have to wait for refills, he checked back on us several times, and he was so nice and upbeat! Food was average, and slightly priced to high, but overall we enjoyed it. The chopped antipasto is my favorite, the stuffed shells are pretty good too. Many staff members came out and sang to my mom which was awesome it made her laugh. We will be back again.

    Food took forever to come out. Pasta was very spicy. $60 for 1 bowl of pasta & salad for 2 people with water to drink. Crazy.
