Our server Sophia was excellent! She was super knowledgeable about the menu & in the Christmas spirit. She helped us decide on portions & gave great advice so as to not order too much. There were 5 of us for Xmas dinner & shared the small chicken parmigiana, spaghetti & meatballs & a pepperoni pizza & we did still have some leftovers. Plus a great bottle of red wine to share between 3 of us. It was becoming quite busy as the evening went on but they had enough help & food came out very quickly after we ordered. Thank You Buca St Paul for a great way to celebrate Christmas! Sophia caught us before leaving to give us discount cards to use up until Feb & we for sure will come back by then.

Couldn't have asked for better service on a busy Christmas Day. We were seated promptly and food came quickly after we ordered. It was nice they also have a kids meal that my two got to pick what they wanted while the rest of the table did a variety of dishes to eat family style. Food was delicious and appreciated the waitress recommending smaller desert options for my kids. Highly recommend for a nice family dinner.

Celebrate 2 birthdays. The pizza came really early and those 2 guests were done eating before the rest of the food arrived. Very little sauce on the spaghetti and meatballs and it was just luke warm. Chicken Parmesan was good but not hot. Our waiter just dropped the food at the table and did not come back to check on us at all. We ordered cannoli for dessert and they were just ok. Probably won't go back.

Antipasta salad was good, Alfredo was cold, cheese bread took an hour from ordering server over charged and under delivered. Manager was good in service recovery.

We were placed into a tight corner next to a large family with screaming kids. There was a lot of empty tables around us. We asked if we could be sat at a table just 1 row over. We were told no. If we wanted to wait for the next available table, it would be 25 minutes. Not a single group was placed there the rest of the night. I’m not sure why you have to pack everybody in so tight and leave a bunch of open space around them. Food was good. Our server was excellent. Just wish they hadn’t crammed us in when they didn’t need to. Oh, parking was horrendous

Food was ok. It came out in stages. Not by choice, they seemed to have forgotten half our meal and they forgot to add the chicken to the fettuccine. When it came time to pay it took over 30 minutes to get and pay the bill. Not sure I will be returning.

It was all wonderful other than the manager. We had a party of 20 people to celebrate my engagement and my birthday. The staff welcoming were great but the manager seemed irritated when they told him we were there and gave us no welcome. I was instructed to arrive early and order before my guest arrive and that seemed like a problem to him as well. Again the staff and food was amazing aside from the manager who at the end decided to come in smiling like he did anything to make the visit pleasant. I ended up leaving a 25% cash tip on top of the 18% I already paid included with the meal I just hope it went to the right people.
