Food was mediocre. It took over an hour to get our appetizer, and we were in the restaurant for a total of 2.5 hours. Not great for a table with 6 kids. The table next to us came in later than us, got their food before us and left way before us. Not a great experience.

we had a lovely Christmas dinner with our family . Im so glad we made reservations. I was able to enjoy my family and I didn’t have to worry about cleaning up. We will definitely do this again. I probably would’ve spent that much money in food or more and then had to worry about the cleanup. Everybody treated is well.

Greeted warmly at the door and server was excellent! It was a holiday and based on that, we could not order individual meals, which was a bit disappointing. Food was good, but room temperature at best. Looking forward to trying this restaurant again for the five star experience.

Really, a disappointing experience at a franchise restaurant that could be really good if it put more effort into it. I like the concept; kind of 'Magionnes light" and quite a value for family dining. However, at least at this branch, the food and service were both quite disappointing. One entree came out right away (too soon) and the other entree followed about 30 minutes later (too late). I had the eggplant and it was over-fried and dried out. I will say the antipasto salad was quite good, although they should use more dressing on it (I had to ask for oil and vinegar). Look, this is not high end italian food by any means. But with some minor adjustments, it could be a good family value type place, especially for larger families on a budget.

We were celebrating a birthday. Put in reservation but no mention of a birthday by server. Service was slow, had to ask for refills. Not the same Buca as a few years ago. Not worth the money

My group of 4 had the small Thanksgiving dinner, and small lasagna, both were VERY good! I wasn't sure about turkey at an Italian restaurant, but they nailed it! We had plenty to take home. They do a nice job there of making it a fun experience.
