    Our sefrver wax amazing. Food was a little pricy, overall it was a good experience for a big family.

    Been eating at this location since 2006 and always enjoyed till today. We ordered 5 items family style and all were bad except for the Cesar Salad. All the dishes lacked spice, were overdone, greasy, and all pizza items were unavailable, and almost not eatable. Not sure what’s going on but it won’t survive with food and Servic like what we experienced today.

    I’ll give the restaurant some slack since it was Christmas day, but they’re some things that didn’t add up. The reservation was at 3pm and they even sat us early. We ordered our food and it took an extremely long time. The waitress said that everything is made fresh and that’s why it takes a long time but literally two other tables that came after us got their food and one of them was even leaving, meaning they paid their check and we still didn’t have our dinner. The food was warm, not hot and for $134 It was definitely not worth what the two of us ordered. I wouldn’t normally put a bad review. I would just not go back but if you’re going to send me an email wanting a review, then I’ll be glad to give it to you. I think Maggiano’s is your best bet for Italian food in Texas. I’m actually Italian from New York City so I grew up with some amazing Italian food so I understand it may be hard to please me with this type of cuisine, but Maggiano’s is definitely better. Again, maybe it had to do with the holiday but I would not go back.

    Service was excellent. Recommended Prosciutto Chicken, excellent choice. I failed to recall from previous visit, vegetables were not to my southern expectation of doneness. Bruschetta was also excellent.

    The waiter was absolutely rude, condescending and unhelpful. Didn’t bring bread, had to ask. Actually had to ask for everything, including refills. Our first time here and had to ask how it worked, received a very short and condescending response. Unhelpful, so disappointing. I honestly think the waiter caused the disappointment in the ambiance of the restaurant. The server was great but our assigned waiter was just awful. I don’t think he even told us his name.

    Very disappointing experience. Crazy expensive and food was subpar. Won’t be back.

    The quality and the portion size left much to be desired. The wait staff was outstanding. Having grown in an Italian American family, I feel qualified to comment on the food. The taste was so-so. The portion size was not that great compared to other visits we’ve made to this restaurant. Diminishing portion size and quality suggests to me they’re having money trouble. I hope this doesn’t turn into a McDonald’s.

    We ate the Thanksgiving Feast For 3 this year, and it was wonderful! The family servings fed 4 people easily with a lot of leftovers as well which really is extra special on this particular occasion. We had an italian appetizer as well, which along with the italian bread and oil and vinegar and spices, was also a delicious experience.
