Service was good and food was generally good. the chicken liver tartine should have had the pickled cherry more dispersed as it did not lend itself to the full taste with only a couple half cherries on the toast. The pork rillettes was fine, but had the same issue with the quince. The bison tartare had a bitterness to it that i thought was the endive at first, but was coming from the actual tartare mix. The pan roasted hen came with mushrooms instead of the grilled beans it showed on the menu; however we though th mushrooms where a great choice.

Food was excellent however the service fell short. The server never asked us how the food was, if we wanted another drink, or we needed to ask for an extra spoon. Such a lovely place however the service does not reflect the restaurant experience.

This is one of our favourite Edmonton restaurants, and so we return time after time. Love that the menu changes slightly seasonally, and they use wonderful, fresh ingredients. The dishes are creative and well thought out. The wine list is terrific and the cocktails are always interesting to test drive. A great night out! Gets a little noisy when it is packed, but the ambience is still terrific. Can't wait to go again!

Bundok once again delivers. The food and the service was amazing. I always marvel at their ever changing menu. But they always keep the staples like the crispy chicken skins. It was truly a lovely evening. Thank you.
