The dining room is gorgeous with carefully planned details and decorations that add a sense of refinement to the restaurant. You can also host an event or party in the Wine Cellar or Tuscan Room. Catering services can be ordered for in-house reservations as well as for outside events.

Buona Sera is a full service bar and restaurant, and our menu is quite extensive, giving you a lot of lunch and dinner options to choose from. Start off with one of the large and flavorful appetizers, then continue to the main course. Entrées at Buona Sera include pasta, veal, choice steaks, chicken, pork chops, various types of ravioli and seafood. Veal chops from this restaurant are some of the most popular dishes on the menu and are worth trying.

We had an early reservation as we were attending a show at the Count Basie Theatre next door. Our server was extremely friendly and attentive. He paced our appetizer and entree out so we were not rushed. There was a mistake with one of the meals and it came out quite late compared to the others. They did make up for it by comping 2 desserts and our coffee. They did help us celebrate a birthday with one of those big sparklers, which was nice. Everyone raved about the food, and we will probably return again when in the area.

Enjoyed the cocktail menu and a delicious dinner. The Spinelli salad was great and appreciated the warm bread and wonderful service. All of our entrees were delicious and portions are very generous-love that the pasta dishes can be a half portion which is still very substantial.

Great time celebrating my birthday. Food was excellent. Loved how the took our pictures and we were able to purchase them in a frame. Loved that. Place never fails, excellent!!!

Buona Sera has always been one of my favorite Italian places in the area - in line with Brando’s, Birriavino, Sirena - but that definitely has changed. I guess they’ve fallen off - the food nor the cocktails were what they once were. We were all extremely disappointed in the experience (also, what was with the photographer coming around to every table?). I do want to compliment the service, which was high quality as it always has been

The restaurant is beautifully decorated and is a nice open space. An extensive wine list that was very reasonably priced. Entrees were almost too large but the leftovers were just as good. We will return here next time in town.
