   It was pretty empty in the area that we were sat, but there were 7 tables that had not been cleared and were filled with dirty, food filled dishes. The seating was very uncomfortable. The servers did not take away glasses or dishes when they were empty. I was disappointed with the entire experience.

   Such a great place for meeting with friends! Great service, great menu, and we truly enjoyed our date night!

   We decided to try this restaurant, due it its longer than typical Gluten Free menu options. Recommendation here would be for the owners to find ways to bring more flavor. IE, we had GF Shrimp....they were very pasty and flavorless. Additionally the QC of items coming out of the kitchen needs closely monitored. IE cold canned queso (and chips) dip should have been caught. You were out of chips, but the wait staff was unaware. Took 20min to get an appetizer. Additionally, we had 2 identical side salads brought to our table (we only ordered one) the salad were each missing items the other one had. We certainly see some potential in the restaurant, but seems the bar side of the establishment is more important

   We had a new waitperson who knew nothing about service; didn't take the menus, never came back to see if we wanted more wine, didn't check on how our food was and took forever to bring the check. Unfortunately it's apparent this restaurant has seen better days.

   This was our first time at Burroughs. My husband and I had been wanting to go here since it’s close to our home and we had heard good things. We had an issue with the wrong food coming out a few times but overall the food was good and I got a free glass of wine for the trouble.

   Food came out before drinks. We were sitting for 40 Mins before the drinks came. When food arrived we had to find the server to ask for silverware. No steak knives came out with the steaks.

   Waitress was very inattentive- constantly sitting down and using her cell phone. Table was never cleared prior to our departure- empty glasses, dirty dishes all sat on our table even after we told our waitress we were finished and wouldn’t be taking our food home with us. Took 15-20 minutes for her to return to our table so we could ask for our check, all while the restaurant wasn’t even close to being busy.

   I am usually satisfied with my visit but your lack of air conditioning made it very unpleasant this time. All they had was one fan to cool the entire area. I won't be back for a few months until the weather cools off.

    Burroughs Roadhouse has really developed into a neighborhood gem. The outdoor patio and bar is a great gathering place to meet up with old and new friends. Very festive on nights they have live music too. No longer a drive by. Stop in and you'll be delighted.
