    Excellent service and food from beginning to end. Everyone was friendly and polite. Our server Tatiana was great. And Jeff the Sommelier was very good as well.

    Beef Wellington was outstanding. Service was detailed and she did a great job explaining the menu. Wonderful family outing for the holidays.

    I love a great steakhouse and don’t mind paying for it. The food was amazing and the service impeccable. No hover at all only what you need when you need it. The Crème brûlée was hands down the best I’ve ever had. Had the Skirt steak. Very well cooked. Perfect temperature. My wife had the salmon salad and loved it. Definitely going back.

    The Butcher & Rose was simply amazing!!! Everything was top notch from the ambiance, to the service, to the drinks that were tasty and the food was to die for! The steak was cooked to perfection and the dessert was heavenly. I couldn't say anything more than the whole experience was truly perfect.

    We were immediately seated but it took a long time for our sever to come greet us . Server was not attentive not sure if they was new or overwhelmed . Ordered FRENCH ONION SOUP /VERY SALTY LAMB CHOPS WAS GOOD AND MY SIDE WAS THE BROCCOLI AND I WAS DISAPPOINTED BY THE BROCCOLI , it came out as 1 big floret and was not shareable at all .

    We (party of 4) found all of the menu items to be delicious, though we steered clear of the Wagyu to go with standard beef cuts (Bone-in filet, beef wellington) Sides were also excellent, we had / shared carrots, asparagus, & creamed spinach -- we took dessert home due to lack of stomach space!! Wine choices & service was excellent. Jeff the Sommelier, who poured our bottle of Drouhin Rose-Rock Zephirine, knew the origin story of Drouhin's move to add Willamette Valley properties back in 1968 so his excellent product knowledge enriched our experience. Definitely highly recommended!!!!

    May be one of the best meals we've ever had. I recommend the Wagyu flight. Our waitress Rose was so knowledgeable and just a nice lady.

    As nice as our server was, it took forever to get our food. And my boss ordered us a bottle of wine for the table but we never knew about it until the very end when we were checking out. So that kinda sucked. For a 400 dollar meal it was subpar. Disappointed.

    The service and atmosphere were amazing but you go to a restaurant for the food. The food was less to be desired, the Caesar salad was sour, and the beef Wellington was cold and tough (had to send back it was pretty inedible). Definitely better options that are less expensive.
