From the door host to our server everyone was helpful and very polite , made us feel welcome and our food was lovely

5 star food and 5 star service. We were there for a family birthday and were very well looked after from the minute we arrived until we left. Lots of great little touches of good service. The rib eye steak was probably the nicest steak I’ve ever tasted.

What a venue, service was superb, ambience good, and I thoroughly recommend the scotch egg starter.. we had a table of seven and we ordered seven

Came in today as a table of 4 and the service was impeccable from start to finish. The place is lively and the atmosphere is great. We were greeted at the door by a lovely gentleman and taken to our table immediately. Throughout the whole meal staff were super attentive but not over bearing in the slightest. We had some appetisers - padron peppers, olives and bread... That bread though!! Delicious. All four of us had Sunday roasts and we couldn't fault it - what makes this place amazing as that the vegetables are looked after just as well as the meat is. We couldn't leave without a cheeky dessert and of course we all opted for that beautiful sticky toffee pudding! Generous portions, reasonably priced and and all round amazing service. We will be back butchershop!

Everything about The Butcher Shop was outstanding. The a la carte menu is perfect for a special occasion.

Went for dinner for my mums birthday. Staff were amazing and gave her a card, all so kind! Food was excellent, we had the burgers, they were so good! Can’t wait to go back!

Beautifully cooked and delicious food served by friendly and attentive staff.yy What’s not to like about that? Would highly recommend that you take time to pay them a visit. Oh and the ribeye steak is heavenly.

We had the Tomahawk Steak, but I don’t know if they have changed suppliers of the meat but wasn’t as good as it was last year. The steak was well cooked, so it was the meat that was of poorer quality rather than how it was cooked. Staff nice and helpful and well cooked food - just poorer quality meat in my opinion - both myself and my wife found it to be a little ‘chewy’ and not as tasty as last trip.
