Each course was a unique experience. The chefs technique and use of balanced flavors showcased a flawless presentation only lacking in quantity per plate. Perhaps offering just over a single bite , he could have added a bit more to each plate so as not to leave the guest still hungry after a 5 or 7 course meal. Although wine pairing was done to perfection, a full serving of wine proved way too much alcohol for the small portions. I would suggest a flight in lieu of a glass per course.

By far the finest dining in Sarasota. If you want a Michelin Star quality experience this is the place. Superior service and awesome bar as well

Patrick always has something new and innovative for us to try. He does not disappoint!! Justin finds incredible wines to complement anything that Patrick fixes. Service is always excellent and we look forward to our next visit!

This was an outstanding experience. Having dined at Michelin starred restaurants, the food and wine pairings were at an equivalent level. The amount of food was perfect for a seven-course tasting menu. The faux bone marrow of foie gras mousse as the "bone," the steak tartare as the "marrow," and topped with the Osetra was remarkable. Each course was exceptional as was the service. We will be back.

Amazing dinner. We have eaten all over the world at some of the best restaurants and this restaurant ranks right up there with the best of them all. We chose the seven course option and each of them was a culinary delight. Don’t let the fact it is in a hotel next to the airport fool you. It was special and a must try experience.

This was by far one of the best dining experiences I have ever had! The food and service is amazing. The chef and Sous chef really work hard on flavor and presentation. The servers were very helpful and kind!
