This is a “see and be seen” place, but it’s not ready for primetime. I would choose Mahogany or Fleming’s 20 times over at this price. First: Steak and salad bar were excellent. And as this is a steakhouse, that’s a good thing. But . . . Little details make a big difference at a place like this. If you want to be high end: 1. Don’t let people wear baseball hats. Enforce the rule. It’s not a ballgame. 2. Ditch the cheap paper napkins which stick to the cocktail glasses and crumble up. Get coasters. 3. Needs cloth tablecloths. 4. Service was rushed and subpar. Drinks never came until the steak came. And when they did, the smoked old fashioned tasted like drinking a forest fire. 5. Ditch the loud music for nice jazz music or something classy. 6. Screen off the bar. This will be a West O staple I’m sure. But stick with Mahogany. They get “chophouse” service. Legacy does not.

Our meal was fantastic! Steak was perfect. It was New Year’s Eve and even though the restaurant was packed, our service was still amazing!

Steak was good but not for the $70/plate and service was not good, not just for a chophouse but any type of restaurant. Drinks weren’t kept full and we didn’t see the server except for our order and food. She decided to have a friendly smile when she dropped the check.

Food and drinks were very good. Salad bar is a nice addition. We ordered the lobster cargo and the crab cakes for apps and highly recommend. I had the grouper special and my husband had the ribeye and both were excellent.

Had a wonderful evening. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and excited to be working there. All of the staff seem to be happy. The food was very good, will definitely return.

The beef items were good. We didn’t finish the fish or the risotto as they were not enjoyable at all. The soups were average.
