Open seven days a week for dinner services, Cafe Diva is the place to go for a fine dining experience. It features a range of menu items created by Executive Chef Kate Van Rensselaer Rench, including offerings for vegetarians, vegans and those gluten sensitivities. Cafe Diva offers year round classics like Crab and Tomato Bisque and Venison Tenderloin as well as a variety of creative seasonal dishes.

Cafe Diva also features an extensive wine list and a cozy atmosphere making it an ideal place for a romantic evening with that special someone.

As the weather warms we offer patio seating on a first come first serve basis.

We ate here twice. First time, we were wandering by and although the restaurant was packed, and we had no reservation, the hostess went above and beyond to find us two seats at the bar. We had to go back because it was our best meal all week skiing. Second time we made sure to get a reservation. Incredibly gracious hospitality. Stellar wine list. Creative menu that delivered brilliantly crafted meals. Highlights were braised lamb shank, venison short loin, duck confit croquettes with tart cherry gastrique, tuna carpaccio with sesame rice tuille and smoked avocado crema. Warm cheddar apple pockets and a perfect crème brûlée with berries were dessert favorites. Jeff, the sommelier, and Chris, the bartender, made our dining experience delightfully fun, engaging and genuine. We will definitely be back!

We could not be more pleased with our experience. This is our second visit and had an amazing family dinner. We appreciated the help in selecting the perfect wine and the waitstaff was incredibly accommodating. We will certainly return on our next visit to Steamboat.

We chose this restaurant for our anniversary dinner while visiting in Steamboat and are so glad that we did. Our special occasion was acknowledged by all the team members we came in contact with, which was a nice touch. Jeff the sommelier helped us choose a delicious bottle of wine to accompany our meal. Our server Chris gave us great advice about the menu and took really great care of us. The food was outstanding! We enjoyed the beetroot harissa skewer and the tomato & crab bisque for our appetizers, both we would order again. The cauliflower hummus on the beetroot plate is something I wish I could recreate at home, it was craveable! For our entrees we had the sea bass on the jasmine rice cake with curry sauce, and the mushroom pasta. I love mushrooms, and that dish was everything I hoped it would be! We ate every bite of both plates, truly delicious. Our dessert was on the house for our celebration, and we had Sharon’s apple rolls with ice cream. Chef Kate and team made this a dinner to remember, and we are so grateful!

We have patronized Cafe Diva for more than 20 years, and Cafe Diva is our favorite restaurant--period. Outstanding food combined with exceptional service makes dining at Cafe Diva a consistently wonderful experience.
