Our innovative Workforce Development Program is designed as a positive youth development space that supports the career exploration and job readiness opportunities of young people 16-24 years old. Interns earn industry credentials, explore career and educational pathways that suit their individual abilities, and experience real-world, on the job training.

Led by a skilled team of industry professionals with shared lived-experience and incorporating a cadre of community-based partners, we work to build bright futures with and alongside our young people.

Café Reconcile is a destination lunch spot for a wide cross-section of New Orleanians as well as visitors from all across the country. Focusing on the kind of “soul food” for which New Orleans is known, the restaurant has earned high praise from local and national critics.

When guests dine in the cafe, funds go directly back into our Workforce Training Program ensuring Interns and Alumni have essential supports.

    Our food was great and our server even better! She checked on us regularly and was very attentive to our needs before we even asked for anything.

    Brandy, Martha and staff were AMAZING from the first phone call to the ending of the lunch. They made my girlfriend’s birthday lunch with her sisters so nice. I even received a pic of the flowers and balloons I delivered the day before placed in a beautiful vase and placed on the table. Thank you all so much. 💚

    Had a great business lunch. The crab cakes were delicious and my salad with grilled shrimp was great. Great attentive service.

    Arguably one of the best gumbos I have ever eaten. Fried chicken, fried catfish and po-boy (catfish) were all tops. Collard greens, Mac and cheese also great. Jalapeño corn bread was light on the jalapeños and forgettable. Jerk chicken was good but haven eat it dozens of times in Jamaica, well it was no match. Pineapple upside down cake thick, warm but lacked the caramelization I am use to. I am not a fan of bread pudding, that aside the banana’s foster bread pudding was liked by all. I will definitely go back and tell their story. I love their mission focus almost as much as the food.

    The jerk chicken was nothing more than baked chicken. No relation to jerk. The noise level is a major distraction to hold any conversation. Our waitress was good and competent . Food runners were walking to wrong tables with food. There are areas that could be improved

    If you think you have to pay a fortune to enjoy NO food, you have not visited this restaurant! I wish I had been able to take half of the menu home with me. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal and could not eat all of the generous portions we were served. If our travels take us to or through the Big Easy, we will make this a lunch stop for certain.
