   Servizio molto scadente e personale non molto simpatico. Cibo senz’altro non eccellente e un’aragosta pessima e molto cara. Ristorante troppo sopravvalutato. Sono anche riusciti al momento del pagamento ad addebitare la carta 2 volte 🤬. Assolutamente da evitare.

   Staff were delightful. Wine was lovely. Unfortunately the ribeye steak was really chewy and even the steak knife struggled to cut it smoothly. Didn’t particularly like the tiny corner table at the end of the bar either

   Our food took over an hour to come out. In addition to this, once the meals finally started to arrive, there was over a 15 minute separation in the delivery of our meals making for a very unpleasant dining experience. The wait staff was not attentive nor did they seem apologetic for an overall poor experience. I would not recommend Cafe Royal.

   Excellent food and service loved the chilli, lime and gin sauce with the oysters

   Food was lovely, accommodated a food intolerance I had. Staff were friendly but service was very chaotic.

   We arrived on time and were shown to our table. We were allocated 1845 hours on a Friday evening. Our order was taken quickly and we ordered the seafood platter. The restaurant was busy and with only 4 waiting staff delivery was slow prompting us to ask how long. A problem arose when the platter arrived, there was basically no room on the table. Staff commented, they couldn’t know what people would order, to match the table size. Eating was awkward, which was a shame as the platter was lovely. We left later but staff were so busy they could not stop to stay goodbye, shame really lovely place.
