Total rubbish couldn’t get a drink or food couldn’t even buy a ginger bread man without a ticket nobody new where to get a ticket everything was over priced if you could find where you could buy a ticket a hot chocolate was eight pounds couldn’t believe the price of the plants /flower displays which where half dead there was six of us and none of us would bother again

After the hype and interest my friends and I felt lucky to get tickets and were looking forward to the evening. The highlight was the greeting from Flash the reindeer - a real crowd pleaser and pull even for those older children! Sadly it went down hill from there and we were all thoroughly disappointed with the lack of stalls and variety offered. The Xmas floristry displays whilst beautiful were we felt overpriced and as a result didn't see any sold which is sad based on the effort. Food and drinks vouchers overpriced for what was available (limited) Great to see the Brain Tumour raffle was successful. More stalls, better affordable variety and no voucher system. out of ten - sadly 2 was expecting it to be so much better from Four Seasons who normally do things extremely well.

Oh dear what’s happened to the wonderful Cafe Santé menu? The bento boxes are overpriced and the food hit and miss. The soup was under seasoned, and far too oily. There was only one type of smoothie available and no fresh ginger. The waitress was lovely but hesitant and the experience was definitely below par.

Expensive meal for just a bento box. The lunch menu consists in different types of bento boxes but no sushi.
