   I have been here a few times .. pre covid and after . We had a table near door had to ask to be moved .quiet cold there at 1st waiter said no . Don't know why there was only 6 people in cafe at time .moved us after I asked twice . The girl who served us was very nice ..service was a bit slow .. but the food made up for this.. Nice little gem of a spot .... I ask prior for a seat further in cafe next time 🤔🤔😆😆

   Always great - I am a regular, averaging 3 times p/m. I should ask for a loyalty card - eat 10 get one free! 🤔

   We’ve always wanted to try this place for casual dining. The food was ok, but the service needs to improve. It seems like they don’t have a system to follow, you end up asking 2 people for the same thing as they don’t follow up, despite the staff seemed busy but where not either getting orders or bringing food so we couldn’t understand what they were doing, all I know was that food was late and we had to ask multiple times for beverages and for the bill.

   Despite being asked to confirm my reservation by Opentable, when I arrived on 16/2/2023 the restaurant was in darkness & never opened that night. To date, Caffe Amore hasn’t answered their phone so I have no idea what happened. Thankfully, another restaurant was able to seat us that night. SHOCKING!!!

   Caffe Amore was shut when we arrived for our booking at 5.30pm Thursday evening last week and there was no answer on the phone. This was a pity as we made our way into the city for this reservation.

   We couldn’t have dinner. With a booking confirmation, when we arrive we see a “Closed” sign hanging on the door. Owner came to open guests to leave and explained to us that there was a problem with the gas or something. In the meantime, restaurant is full and food coming out. Somebody wanted to finish early that day

   In spite of a confirmed booking on Valentine's Day, we were not let in because of "gas problems". Almost ruined mine and my wife's night.

    We booked here for Valentine’s Day and open arrival we were told that they could not serve us even though we had the reservation, we understand that sometimes errors occur but a common curtesy of informing us beforehand that they could not accommodate us on one of the busiest nights of the year, where everywhere else in the area was completely booked out, leaving us short for what should have been such a special evening. Even a text beforehand would have sufficed but we received nothing until we arrived. Would not recommend to anyone, very poorly managed
