    The branch in the Regent Street is mainly prepared for people stopping by for a coffee. Small tables, very close to each other. Dirty bathrooms. Do not recommend.

    The cafe itself was nice, staff were attentive and kept asking if we were ok. We ordered a Prosecco afternoon tea. They didn’t bring the Prosecco we with our tea we had to ask for it, we also asked for tap water and they didn’t bring that either. The tea itself was ok. A couple of the sandwiches were dry as was the scones, they were very crumbly and broke into pieces when you put jam & cream on. They also didn’t provide any butter. The cakes were lovely though with a great selection. Overall it was alright and not too expensive which was good.

    Disappointed by the lunch I had at Caffe Concerto in Regent Street. The salad was great but the vegan pistachio cake for stale and dry. It looked lovely but tasted bland. I suspect that the cake had been left out in the air too long. Service from the waiters was slow. Food came up in a reasonable time. I would not go to the Regent Street location again, but will probably try a different location to see if any better

    Lovely afternoon tea, which was a retirement gift. Lovely waiter, who was just the right level of friendly, and extremely courteous ( Sergei). My only criticism is that you only get a tiny pot of tea, whereas most afternoon teas I’ve had, you get as much as tea as you want. We ordered another pot each,and at £4.95 a pot, it’s very expensive. That was only fly in the ointment though. Service was prompt, and the food was fresh and tasty.

    Food is good always, pretty swift service. The decor is slightly jaded for a CC but its a great pre theatre plot that is usually quite quiet in the week around 5pm. Weekends not so much. Always feel slightly overpriced on some items but it is the West End!

    excellent restaurant. The service was exceptional. I asked for an item that was off menu and they still made it for me. Nice decor and fairly priced. Highly recommended!

    Used an experience voucher to treat the hubby for his birthday. Overall was a great experience, the only downside was that the service took a while. We were seated very quickly but to be seen to take our order took a while and register that we had an experience voucher. The food provided was great, I would recommend but as soon as your seated let them know you are ready to order and start your experience.

    I had a reservation at Caffe Concerto Regent Street, I turned up on time and I was told that they are not doing reservations. The advice was to either wait for a table to be free or to squeeze on a couch next to some others customers. Unfortunately, we had to leave and look for another place. I would advise any potential customer not to make a reservation as they do not follow the reservations and the staff is rude.
