We made another reservation after enjoying the Surf and Turf option on a previous visit. Our friends also ordered this option on our second visit, due to the way we had described the meal and unfortunately on our second visit the meal was not as previously prepared. Previously the steak was cooked as per our request with seasoning this time there appeared no seasoning just a sprig of rosemary on top. Another friend ordered the steak, with fries and onion rings, but their food was not on the pass at the same time as ours. When the meal was delivered to the table, we were half way through our meals and the steak arrived on its own, the onion rings followed a few minutes later, but were not cooked to the same standard as the Surf and Turf onion rings, they appeared to be an after thought as some were not cooked through and the fries had obviously been forgotten completely. The steak again was unseasoned. Therefore our second experience did not match our first which was disappointing, however the staff cannot be faulted for their welcoming and friendliness, the waiter soon arranged an alternative as an apology for the lack of fries. Whilst the restaurant and location, together with the staff is good, the meals need to be consistent in their delivery.

Perfect beach side spot. Lovely staff, great food and right on one of the best beaches. Great for a pre or post lunch snorkel.

We had a lovely dinner at Calma - food was really yummy (favourites were the steak and the seared jerk tuna), setting was gorgeous (sat down in time to watch the sunset), and staff were very friendly and helpful (was definitely a hot evening but they made sure a fan was pointing at us). My only recommendation would be to have a little bit more lively music.

Great space and very aesthetic! The staff is lovely and the food is decent. The beach chairs are first come first serve so just be wary of that - we had a reservation nd went in at 1 pm but the beach chairs were all gone for the day so that was a bit disappointing

Great food service and cocktails. Food portions were good. Had a 20% discount as staying at Mango Bay next door which made a nice difference to price but would’ve been more than happy to pay full price for the food quality and service

Was an excellent location and venue to catch up with friends. The food and drinks along with excellent service made for a great afternoon.

My experience at the Calma Beach Club wasn’t its best I’ve had better service ,overall it wasn’t bad … some of my friends and I were Celebrating a promotion we have received the waitress was very pleasant and helpful but when it was time to pay the bill it took forever and one of us had to take it up to the front desk to pay I do understand tho cause the waitress had several tables and someone should be helping her that was the only turn off but overall we had a great time will be back
