Updated Italian-American “red sauce” cuisine meets the freshest local ingredients in this family-friendly neighborhood gem. Dinner, lunch, and weekend brunch are served on the year-round garden patio or in the lively dining room with its mix of cozy booths and banquettes. A love letter to the owner’s Brooklyn-born and raised Nonna, Campanella’s menu is classic East Coast Italian with some modern touches. Think New York-style pizza topped with Chicken Parm or “Mac & Peas” with house-made cavatelli. Vegetarian, gluten and dairy-free options, too.                                                   We loved this new restaurant. We are neighbors so we were hopeful. The ambiance was great. Our server Alena was very attentive and the food was awesome. We are foodies and don't give 5 stars lightly. The food was great and the sauces were nuanced and flavorful. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed. We will be back.

                                                  Our experience at Campanella was an absolute delight! We shared garlic knots and ravioli, but the highlight was the chicken parm pizza. The absolute best combination of two comfort foods. 🍝🍕The warm hospitality and wonderful service made the meal even more memorable. 100/10 recommend.

                                                  Had the eggplant parm, chicken carpaccio and rock cod. All were good, not great. Rainbow cookies for dessert were delicious. Parking in nonexistent, not sure how they can have a restaurant without onsite parking.

                                                  The service in the ambience were very nice. The food was lackluster, very pedestrian, and every dish came out cold. We have the house salad, which needed a little more acid, the linguine white clams, which needed lemon, the chicken Parm pizza (which is very jersey so we tried it). They are new so we will try it again in another month or two. Prices were high for what we ordered.

                                                  First off - great food. We had the Pearl River (pesto, thin sliced potatoes) pizza with Prosciutto added. Started with the garlic knots, which have plenty of garlic, although the dough itself is a little bland -- still tasty with a basil ranch dip. Had the Nebbiolo to drink, which was delightful (and the least expensive option for wine, so kudos to them for an good, inexpensive choice on the wine list). Service was so-so tonight, not quite sure why. Server was polite, but the garlic knots came before the drinks, which was disappointing to me. I supposed it might just be my post-election mood. I like the space. It's warm and comfortable. A nice addition to the options here in town.
