                                                                              Loved it! Best Italian in Aspen by far. Service was fantastic and fun. Highly recommend! It was very busy and packed but still a great experience.

                                                                              It was terrible. We came as a family to enjoy a nice meal and chat. Within less than an hour of being there (before we even got our main courses), music was blasting and people were standing up yelling and dancing. The music was terrible and the atmosphere was completely tacky and obnoxious. We couldn’t speak to each other at all because it was so loud. I asked the host/manager when this would stop and indicated that we were not enjoying it and he was completely unhelpful. He said he didn’t know when it would stop and didn’t offer to turn the music down or move our table to a more quiet area. My sister later told another staff member that she had a migraine (and showed him that she was wearing earplugs), and requested that they turn the music down, and the staff refused to even ask the manager to turn the music down. We are regulars in Aspen and have never experienced anything like this. If they’re going to turn the restaurant into a tacky dinnertime version of Cloud 9, you should give people a warning at the very least. When people flag health concerns, this should also be taken seriously. Repulsive service.

                                                                              My wife and I shared the mussels, Romana (Caesar) salad, rigatoni and ravioli; all were exceptional! Top it off with great service and even better gelato, and you have a wonderful, romantic evening.
