    We’d finished about 1/4 of our salad when our food arrived. Our food wasn’t terribly warm when it arrived and was certainly cold when we bailed on our salad and started on dinner. Before we were done eating our server was stopping by asking if she could box up our food making us feel rushed. My last time in we sat at the bar and ate and the service, chatting with the bartender about our meal was amazing which prompted my return. Cocktails were amazing both times.

    The restaurant was noisy and the tables close together (so not a romantic ambiance), but the food was amazing. Definitely try the crispy broccoli.

    This was an anniversary dinner. Service was top notch. Our server was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive without being TOO attentive. We loved her. The restaurant was surprisingly noisy, but thankfully we were given a cozy table away from the main dining area. The food was a little different for us. My husband had the rabbit with mustard sauce, and although he’s enjoyed rabbit before, he thought the mustard sauce was overpowering the delicate taste of the rabbit. I had the butternut squash gnocchi and I savored those tender pillows of deliciousness. We both raved about our favorite part of the meal: the crispy broccoli side (with miso ricotta and pecan chili crunch.) FANTASTIC! Those flavors worked together beautifully. I had two non alcohol drinks. The caramelized pineapple shrub and soda was delightful and refreshing. I also enjoyed the mocktail “making fetch happen.” My husband had Earl Grey tea, and they kept the hot water coming. The experience was pleasant, but not particularly memorable, except for the waitress. She belongs at someplace like The Peak at Hudson Yards in NYC. They need to hang onto their fabulous staff!

    Food was unique and prepared perfectly. Lots of great choices. The service was excellent! It’s not a quick meal but one to savor with a cocktail or glass of wine. A hidden gem in Oregon City!

    We love Canard in Oregon City! The good is always really good and the service is amazing! We shared a few appetizers and the halibut. Everything was delicious and our server was very attentive and helpful.

    Disappointed. Three out of four lunch items were extremely salty and/ or oily. Beyond seasoning, harsh salt taste. Could brush salt off sweet potato jojos, plus grated cheese on top had its own saltiness. Chipotle + maple syrup was quite strong and like bbq sauce. Omelette was light and airy, but again, goat cheese filling was overly salted. Broccolini perfectly cooked but a heavy hand was used in oil used for topping. (Oil leaked through cardboard take-away box.) Shrimp lettuce wraps were fresh, but dual sauces didn't really sync well. Muddled flavor. Very disappointing. Service was pleasant, but mostly absent. Had to ask for more water. Small coffee press used for tea, but so many loose tea leaves in container that they flooded back into the container when gently pressed. Tea was barely drinkable... I had to avoid swallowing tea leaves or pick them out of my mouth...

    Absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. We love brunch there and always look forward to dinner dates as well. Everything is always well executed and they set the bar high. We sincerely miss Little Bird and this gives us the fix we miss.

    Canard is our favorite restaurant. The menu is creative, kitchen is on it. The food comes out hot! Service is friendly but not in your face. Just right.

    Such a great meal. Sweet potatoes, broccoli and crab bisque were outstanding as usual. Had the soft serve dessert for the first time ever. Black forest sundae was unreal with those cherries.
