The Capital Bar & Grill may be the embodiment of Capital’s Southern Comfortable culinary vision focusing on provincial comfort food with a particular emphasis on the bounty of Arkansas. The tools of the bar include the most sought-after liquors, mixers and ingredients. In sort of a back-to-the-future twist, it has been a devotion to handmade classic and custom cocktails (the Aviation vs. the Cropduster) that has established Capital Bar as a nationally-regarded spirits destination. All this said, we strive to create a fun, relaxing experience for all of our guests: The friendly atmosphere is especially suited to business lunches, after-work drinks and get-togethers, as well as special date nights.

                                                                        One of our favorite places to go for special occasions! Our server was very friendly and attentive to us the entire evening! The food was amazing! We enjoyed the pimento cheese and crackers as appetizers and both had the NY strip as our entree. Both steaks were cooked exactly as we had asked. Thank you for making our Valentine’s Day special!

                                                                        This beautiful eating place has nothing but the FONDEST memories for me through the years. Last night was no exception. The KULI 23 Bourgogne was extraordinary. One of our party had striped bass and the other two had wild mushroom gnocchi. YUMMY x 100. Will always go back as often as possible. Will always adore. Thank you, Ali, for your fabulous service - and to Chef for coming over to explain what mushrooms were in the gnocchi dish. The best.

                                                                        We were looking forward to eating here for weeks, based on the reviews. How utterly disappointing. I honestly think this was the worst I've ever experienced when it comes to what a meal was like compared to how high my hopes were. Really bad waitress. The food arrived cold. Sent it back. When it came again it was all overcooked. Wife had a fried chicken breast entree. I had the 'special' which was grilled grouper. I put a fork in my fish and held it up in one piece. A Chick Fil-A sandwich for the wife and a McDonalds fish sandwich for me would have FAR surpassed our dinner at this fancy hotel.
