The Capital Bar & Grill may be the embodiment of Capital’s Southern Comfortable culinary vision focusing on provincial comfort food with a particular emphasis on the bounty of Arkansas. The tools of the bar include the most sought-after liquors, mixers and ingredients. In sort of a back-to-the-future twist, it has been a devotion to handmade classic and custom cocktails (the Aviation vs. the Cropduster) that has established Capital Bar as a nationally-regarded spirits destination. All this said, we strive to create a fun, relaxing experience for all of our guests: The friendly atmosphere is especially suited to business lunches, after-work drinks and get-togethers, as well as special date nights.

                                                                        Very nice setting. Server was cordial. Room temp was very cool, some people were wearing outdoor coats to stay warm. Meal was as ordered. Banana pudding was great.

                                                                        First time we ate here and it was wonderful. Great location and ambiance. The dinner was nice and relaxed where they served us at our pace. The service was great…and so was the food! I will be back!

                                                                        It’s always a fantastic dining experience at the Capital Bar and Grill. The atmosphere and drinks are superb. The service is always great. Everyone’s dinner was absolutely delicious!

                                                                        This is a bar and grill inside a hotel. Food was ok at best, but nothing to rant and rave about. Dirty martini was good. Overall, service was ok, but soup and salad was forgotten and had to ask for water refills. If you were stopping in for drinks and appetizers perfect, but beyond that think twice.

                                                                        They were out of the trout which was the reason I made this reservation. Fried black eyed peas were not good. Burger was undercooked. Service was also slow.
