Caramella Italian Restaurant & Lounge, a collaboration between Caesars Entertainment and Tao Group Hospitality, debuts at Planet Hollywood. Designed by Fettle, the space channels 1970s Italy, featuring a velvet vestibule, Murano glass chandeliers, a candy shop with Italian treats, and a hidden lounge with a mosaic DJ booth.                                                                                           We were greeted right away and we were sat at our table in about 5 minutes. The server was excellent. He explained everything. The courses were spaced nicely. The food tasted good.

                                                                                          New place, went in with low expectations, was very surprised with how great it was. Every dish was tasty, cocktails were unique and mixed well, service was impeccable. Definitely worth it. I’d go again. Very clean and artistic style, comfortable ambiance.

                                                                                          Such a brand new precious instant classic on the culinary landscape on the Las Vegas Strip. From ambience to service to food, you will be wowed by the top notch experience and offerings without completely flattening your wallet as other establishments would. Paul, the manager, is super hospitable and fun, and treats the customers right. Don’t miss the speakeasy lounge (see if you can find it on your own 😜). Don’t miss the spectacular balcony/terrace dining floating above the Strip and facing the Bellagio fountains, flanked by the Paris Eiffel Tower/hot air balloon and Cosmopolitan.

                                                                                          Everything we ordered was excellent. The chicken parmigiana was enormous, 3 of us shared it with other items. We all agreed it was the best we’ve ever had. Service was phenomenal. In addition to the very knowledgeable server, several others came to the table with the food and drinks. Great view of the strip as well.
