   This was my first time having an experience at carbon steak. Me and my girlfriend came to celebrate her birthday and had a wonderful dinner. Our waitress was very polite and informative of our menus and dishes that were served. the surroundings were intimate and perfect for a casual date night . Everyone over all were very professional. we felt an overall warm welcome and hope to go back soon and enjoy many more nights at this very sight pleasing , tasteful atmosphere

   First time there and it was great! Wish I got the bartender’s name, originally from Chicago, she was amazing. She has us definitely coming back!

   The calamari was fresh , lightly fried and tasty. The spicy radiators was cooked perfectly al dente and the sauce was very tasty, heavy on spice. The filet mignon was good size, tender and cooked perfectly to order. But could’ve had a little better char or crust, and perhaps seasoned a little more. Shrimp were huge, prawn size and cooked well but also a bit under seasoned. Definitely get the add on butters for more flavor. Dirty martini was really nicely made with blue cheese stuffed olives , as was the “godfather cocktail’ delicious. Desert was underwhelming banana bread pudding (which we took to go) maybe it’s better at the table? Overall great experience. Would come back for another special occasion based on ambiance, service, but didn’t quite fit into our “favorites” category to frequent.

   We had an overall wonderful experience from the service to the food. All staff were attentive to our needs and made sure we were having the best time.

   Our experience was wonderful. Service staff very friendly and funny. Lots of laughter. Food was also wonderful and any suggestions we had to better an item they wanted to know. Prices are fair. We would recommend Carbon and plan on going again.

   Dined there early week of 2/10. Got one of my favorite dishes, scallops & mushroom risotto. Added a petite filet along with a very tasty red house wine. Dining partner had the braised short rib. All items well prepared & presented. Melt in your mouth entries. Unfortunately no room for dessert this time

   This place is WONDERFUL! I was there for my 50 birthday. Originally they were going to sit me and my guests at a table. I asked for a booth and they made the request happen. Brooke was our waitress and she knew the food and the executive chef. Her attention to detail was spot on and she was fabulous with timing. The filet mignon and scallops were delicious. They melt like butter in your mouth. The scallops did not have a grinny taste to them. I highly recommend Carbon. I will definitely be back.

    An amazing dinner with the best food and staff! Overall I would definitely dine again, came with kids and grandma and it was absolutely fantastic !
