We’re offering two special sittings to suit your evening plans: 5:00 PM Sitting: Perfect for those looking to savour a festive meal before heading out to enjoy the bells elsewhere. 8:30 PM Sitting: For guests wishing to see in the New Year with us, this sitting promises a night filled with exceptional food, drinks, and lively celebrations. ring in the bells of 2025 as the clock strikes midnight with a glass of something special in hand, surrounded by great company. This is a ticketed event at £250pp. Ticket includes our full tasting menu, paired drinks, coffee or tea and petit fours.

Indulge in four carefully crafted courses, including a fresh oyster to start your experience. For £48, with the option to elevate your meal with a drinks pairing for £27, you’ll enjoy the same focus on sustainability, provenance, and technique that we’re known for. Our full tasting menu is what a fine dining tasting menu means to our kitchen team. The first five snacks come in relatively quick procession and feature flavours and textures that are exciting us right now. They're then followed by "seven/eight" courses that all have a story to tell and feature some of the best local and seasonal produce available to us right now.
