Enjoy a wonderful dining experience with family or friends at Carelli's. Owner Greg Carelli with help from his father Gene wanted to offer guests authentic Italian cuisine in a contemporary setting that features a large open flame fireplace, mosaic tiles, natural Birch woods, and warm lighting. An appetizer of fresh mozzarella and Beefsteak tomato caprese, lightly breaded calamari or lamb artichoke meatballs will please the palate at Carelli's. Guests can dine on baked jumbo shells stuffed with spinach and ricotta , the classic chicken parmigiana or shrimp scampi. Artisanal pizza, calzones, and paninis. Awsome Gluten-free options are also available.

Carelli's was the winner of the Daily Camera Reader's Choice 2002-2020 award for Best Italian Restaurant and ambiance. It also has won awards from the Denver Post and Boulder Weekly magazines. It has an awesome bar scene and an extensive wine list. Carelli's restaurant features daily fresh fish specials.

This was our first time here and I can say that the experience was truly amazing! Food is so delicious and there was no disappointment. Staff friendly and attentive. We sat next to the fireplace and it was just so enjoyable. Picked a great spot for celebrating a birthday, but we will return, absolutely!!!!

Best Italian restaurant in the area. Food is excellent, service attentive. We had the specials: chicken green chili soup and lasagna. Wonderful!

Outstanding friendly service with wonderful tasty food with excellent portion sizes. Beautiful seating in the back room allowed for wonderful conversation. We will be back.

This is our favorite Italian restaurant, and they didn't disappoint. It took a bit to get our food, but we didn't mind the pace. Nathan did a fabulous job serving us tonight. We'll be back again soon.

Decided to sit at the bar for dinner, there were two seats and it’s always packed at the bar so we thought let’s experience something new at Carellis. I wish you could reserve bar seats. Chris and Alex were the best!!! There’s so much going on there. People watching went into Chris introducing us to some of their regulars, now new friends. Seeing the way Alex and Chris work together was fire! Not a thing was missed with our meal, they somehow knew what we wanted before we did. I can’t understand or explain what we both experienced it was one of if not the best dining experiences we have ever had anywhere!!

Menu is too extensive therefore the chef/kitchen cannot focus on quality by having a limited menu. For example, the clams and angel hair pasta has claims from a can mixed in with the clams in a shell. In addition, if you are sitting at the bar near closing time, the staff will be cleaning with spray products while you finish your meal.
