This is our 2nd meal while in St Thomas. We had the stuffed lobster both visits. It was delicious along with the lobster bisque. And definitely get the coconut cake. Great service, great atmosphere, and excellent food.

Reservations, Arrived on time, food was delicious This was Christamas eve, I told everyone thank you for being open on christamas evening . Over all experience was good. Was very busy for about 3 hours. I booked reservation about a month or two early… anniversary in special request box on open table. Recieved a still interested message the day before… my only complaint was where we were sat. It was a strange location very un romantic Table for two between two door’s with an outside light above head like a outside garage light fixture. The area was added or expanded with a canvas type covers parking aluminum type additions I think we could have had just a little better seating as a special request..

The service & food was excellent. Love the open air restaurants in St Thomas. This was our first time at the Caribbean Fish Market. My husband had the wahoo & I had the grouper. We shared the salad wedge with shrimp & the coconut cake. EXCELLENT!! The calamari was the best we had ever had at any restaurant. The portions are generous so sharing was a great idea! Definitely recommend to anyone looking to explore restaurants. Remember it’s at the Ritz Carlton Resort. We were staying in Peterborg so I don’t know other restaurants there.

Love this place. Fresh seafood dominates their menu. Lobster tail good size, mashed potatoes (no garlic👍) & asparagus. My husband had a huge crab cake on top of a nice piece of grouper. Dessert was excellent! House made while chocolate ice cream served between a waffle drizzled with chocolate. Excellent choices this year, can’t wait for next year!

First timer here. The salad portions were large, however the entree portion of grouper with crab was small. The crab topping seemed to be mostly breading. The interesting part was our server. He sang most of the time when responding to us. I would have preferred a waiter that just spoke. Maybe others would like this, but I found it strange. The view is lovely and the staff called us a cab when time to depart.

This place was so good. Location was tucked away in beach area. Open outdoor eating area was very nice. Waiter was attentive and recommendation was awesome. We had stuffed lobster and the coconut cake was outstanding.

Excellent food, great service (Ambassador was exceptional, fun, engaging— he was terrific). Beautiful setting. It’s worth the visit just to sit and look out at the bay.

Stellar experience on the water with an incredible meal. We each got different meals and different drinks and they were all a hit. The waitstaff was also so fun and informative on the menu.
