   Really enjoyable bank holiday meal. Had starters and mains and then another bottle of wine outside in the sunshine. Staff friendly and accomodating as ever

   We had pizza and lasagne, it was all delicious. It was a lovely atmosphere, no obtrusive music, so conversation was easy

   The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I had received a 50% off mains offer which made the bill reasonable .

   This restaurant is relatively expensive and the portion sizes are small. We both had pasta dishes but left still hungry. Very disappointing.

    Booking was easy. It was quite noisy in the restaurant and it took a while to adjust to the surroundings as it felt a bit claustrophobic being up against the back wall. We were served quite soon after arrival but service was quite slow thereafter. The food was excellent (sea bass fillets and papardelle beef ragu), being very tasty and a good temperature. My coffee (Americano) was excellent, as was the draught Moretti beer. However, my wife's cappucino was tasteless and disappointing. We would definitely visit again (especially as there is 50% off mains if we go again within 4 weeks).
