   Delicious food and friendly service. However I wouldn't tackle the tiny steep spiral staircase down to the loos if I'd had several glasses of wine! There is a disabled loo on the ground floor.

   We had a lovely meal (for all 3 courses). All 4 of us very much enjoyed what we had. The service was excellent - friendly and efficient.

   Lovely wsiting team. Enjoyed food had the mushroom soup, delicious. My friend had seafood linguine which she enjoyed too. Maybe nice to have a warm salad as a lunch option? I didn’t want a big meal lunchtime and I felt options were limited. Nice menu though

   We love Carluccios and have visited lots of the years, including this one numerous times, however today was a disappointment. We asked for water four times before we got any… eventually having to ask a different member of staff. Our risotto and pasta main courses were only warm when they arrived and the pizzas very undercooked. I suspect t the order had been rushed through. Sad to see what was such a reliable restaurant losing its way.

   Waiter forgot several items from our order and was not attentative at all, rather a bit impatient. I used to eat at Carluccios alot about 10 years ago. It's notvthe sane. Food was dry and tasteless. Portions tiny.

   Visiting Wimbledon we met family in Carluccio’s two days running. It always works for us. The staff are really switched on and welcoming. The cooks certainly care about the food and its Italian heritage. Thank you!

    First class meal in a warm and ambient atmosphere, with friendly and efficient staff. Highly recommended.
