Carlyle Grill, an Ann Arbor mainstay has proudly served the Ann Arbor Community since 2006. We work with some of Michigan’s finest food producers and purveyors to bring you the freshest offerings around. From steak dinners to burgers and salads and everything in between, we pride ourselves on providing you the best in flavor – offering generous portions to feed the hungriest of guests.

Comfort is the theme at our relaxed, family-friendly restaurant, where the menu runs to familiar, home-style dishes with top-notch regional ingredients. Enjoy our welcoming atmosphere featuring colorful yet classic design elements – bringing in added warmth and comfort with deep mahogany accents and large flagstone columns in our main dining room.

During the warmer seasons, take advantage of the two open-air dining areas surrounding the restaurant. We also have a dedicated, breathtaking dining room available for large reservations or private dining events.

    Had a wonderful experience. Dinner was delicious and the service I have to say was excellent. Marina was very attentive, polite, and happy. It was busy since it was Valentine’s night but Marina was on top of it all. Looking forward to coming back and must have Marina as our server.

    Pasta Carlyle, Steak Frites, and appetizer of spinach artichoke dip were all fanstastic! Busy around 7-8pm for dinner, then it largely cleared up closer to 9pm.

    Juan was the best server we've ever had there. So attentive and so quick. The food as always was amazing.

    Service was terrible, had to ask the waitress twice just to get a refill on water. The restaurant was not busy and somehow she still managed to pay no attention to us. The spinach and artichoke dip and the French onion soup were good, all 3 pasta entrees were extremely forgettable. Even the brownie sundae tasted like it was a microwaved brownie. Went here for a special occasion and left with a sour taste in our mouths. At least the drinks were strong.
