Welcome to Carpaccio American Dream
Many years ago, in the sun-drenched hills of Sicily, by the Mediterranean Sea, lived a young lady named Rosalia. Her cooking delighted all who were fortunate to dine at her table and enjoy her food. Rosalia married Nunzio Billante and throughout the years, she passed down the mouthwatering secrets of her cuisine to their children. Her son, Tom, learned those secrets from a young age. He knew that a simple blend of fine, fresh ingredients with careful preparation and a little love was the key to a memorable experience!

Determined to share these wonderful flavors, Tom founded the original Carpaccio in the luxurious Bal Harbour Shops over 25 years ago, serving elegant, traditional, and exquisite Italian food. The success of this endeavor was based on an uncompromising commitment to quality and to careful attention to the smallest details. Now this iconic establishment has come to the American Dream.

Came here with a party of 12 adults and 7 kids all under the age of 6 for my wife’s birthday. What an incredible experience. Going to dinner with a group that size, especially with infants can be stressful and difficult to accommodate, but the staff at Carpaccio went above and beyond to make it happen for us. Our server Kevin was extremely attentive and the manager, Jim, was sure to make sure everything was on point. It was such a smooth experience, it will definitely be my go to spot for large groups as well as intimate date nights. The food was amazing, the drinks were perfect and we are so comfortable bringing our children here. 5 shining stars!!thank you guys as always.

Food was a huge disappointment. I have eaten at their sister restaurant in BalHarbour many times. The food was just not great here. I was very disappointed. The waitstaff and service was excellent, I wish the taste of the food matched the level of service.

Overpriced for incredibly mediocre food. Pasta was bland. Pizza tasted like cafeteria pizza. Bread was cold and hard. Website states that happy hour but makes no mention that it’s at the bar only. Would highly advise avoiding this place.

John our waiter was amazing. The gentlemen wearing pink vest was not as accommodating. I asked simply for a table light since they sat us on the outside table with poor lighting. He said he will try, but never came back to say - we cannot. It would be fine, but the lack of follow up is not acceptable. BTW, it was not busy Saturday night and most of the inside table are empty.

I don't make public reviews, because it will affect business and the people who work there. And the restaurant, but.......... Today, my only day off in a while, I chose your restaurant, to give my daughter a welcome back from DR, since she wants to visit American Dream Mall and my son loves pasta. It sounds perfect, so I make a reservation for me and my family. I show up 30 minutes earlier, which, if my table is not ready it is very understandable. I was sat down, I asked for me and my wife sparkling water and my daughter still water, I had to wait 15 minutes to get the wrong water, and even then nobody stop at my table, not even to say "we are super busy, be with you in a moment" Anyway, the wait time was so long (Maybe felt longer since we did not feel welcome) we decided to buy fast food. I waste my time, my energy, very very disappointment and is not because I work in a 2 start michelin restaurant, I'm the most chill and easy-going person. And on top of that, I send this email to you, never answer back, other than thank me for the reservation
