We visited on Valentines Day and were excited to try for the first time. Unfortunately we were not impressed with the food. Started out with the bacon wrapped shrimped as an appetizer. The waitress placed it in our table and my husband and I looked at each other confused. They were burnt, half crispy black. We ate them still as we were not about to send them back. We’ve had way better, even making them ourselves at home. My husband had the red fish but it had no flavor even with the garnish. I picked the firecracker chicken which was moist and juicy. We had to put the fish filet on the same plate as the chicken just so it can have some of the taste. Ultimately the food was meh and over priced (total bill over $200 with drinks) We will not be returning. Our waitress was super friendly! 5 stars for her.

We expected it to be crowded on Valentine’s Day and it was, however Martin,, our waiter was amazing! The food was delicious! We love, carve for happy hour and dinner!

Overall food was really delicious and server was kind. We went on Valentine’s Day so obviously it was busy. Waiter was not attentive and forgot to put our starter in. When we asked about it he apologized and said he could put it in now or remove it from the bill. We already were half way into our dinner so we said just remove it. Wish they would have offered something besides taking it off? Then had to wait another 25 min with empty plates, empty glasses and napkins and a credit card on the table to finally get our bill. We ended up being late to our movie reservation because it took so long to check out. The place was beautiful, the food that we did get was delicious and so were the drinks. Downfall was timing and attentiveness of our waiter, although like previously stated he was very kind. Slightly disappointed to spend $250 on a dinner and get this kind of service.

Excellent Valentine's fixe prixe menu for late lunch. Steaks always top-notch. Innovative fusion calamari w/thai salad. Carissa provided outstanding service, attending to every need. Hostess took an inordinate amount of time to seat us when she could clearly see my spouse was mobility-challenged and uncomfortable with no seating to wait. Then hostess proceeded to seat us at the table farthest from the door, again clearly seeing my spouse could not walk far and used a cane. Table was also immediately next to kitchen, so not a very attractive place to seat older folks with mobility and hearing disabilities. Carissa made up for the hostess's poor judgment and was on top of our every need/desire.

We had a wonderful dinner at Carve. We did the Valentine special and it was worth every penny. The filet was so tender and delicious! The wedge salad was also terrific.

Fabulous food at a huge bargain during happy hour. Very pleasant and attentive service. The volume increases as the night progresses.
