Ottimo Locale, la location molto bella la vista una delle più belle di Miami ma il personale molto molto invadente non ci ha lasciato un minuto da soli, pessima esperienza da un punto di vista personale, il cibo discreto il locale è molto bello

Awful experience! Would not return unless there was a massive culture and operations overhaul. Every hostess made us feel like they were doing us a favour by allowing us in the restaurant. Truly felt like cattle. There was a huge line to check in for our 830 reservation. We arrived at 830 and were told they still had to seat five 8 PM reservations ahead of us. There was a huge crowd at the entrance because they could not accommodate everyone. They told us it was going to be only 15-20 minutes to wait. We got a drink at the bar. In that time my boyfriend went to the washroom and saw 9 empty tables near the back. When he got to the washroom the attendant yelled at him to wait because they were strangely allowing women to use the men’s bathroom. He waited several minutes and when he could finally use the washroom within a minute the attendant was knocking on the door asking him to hurry up. After 35 minutes of waiting I went to the hostess to ask about our table and she rudely advised it was ready and sat us at one of the empty tables that had been sitting there for so long. After waiting we were famished to eat. We ordered a couple appetizers which came out at a reasonable speed and were quite good but didn’t want to order mains because we were turned off by the staff and did not want to support the restaurant. We ended up going back to our hotel for a proper meal. The good food, pretty decor and great bartenders were overshadowed by the abysmal hostesses and management.

Had to wait for the table for 40 minutes, it was my birthday nothing special was from the restaurant side. Food was good.

Terrible service. Had to wait to enter the building, then made to wait 40 minutes past reservation time to be seated at table. No sorry’s or any area to wait. Once we were sat at the table we were told we had 2 minutes to order as chef was leaving. Couldn’t order extra crackers for mezze platter as chef had left. Generally just had a terrible experience, felt really stressed and uneasy the whole time. None of the staff other than our waiter had a smile on their face and made it feel like it was silly to ask after our table even though we had been waiting for 40 minutes. Food was tasty but came in a stupid order. One persons main, 10 mins later another persons main, then some side fries. Another 35 minutes later the remaining two peoples mains arrived. After all of that the starters came… restaurant terribly managed!

Saw the place on a tv show, looked really chic. Place was beautiful, decor so chic! The women working the front desk were dressed differently, bit looked so tailored. Our server, Sammie, was awesome. Between my French toast and the frozen fruit sorbet, I couldn't say which was the best. Everything was delicious.

Service was really teribble, there was a hair in our burrata. Then they take back and it came again at the end of the our dinner. And they add to our bill for two times and we Our main dishes come randomly we were five and everybody eat different time taher main dishes. Portions was very small. Ambience and quality of people was really nice. Waitress were kind.
