Cascade is the most “top shelf” restaurant in our area! Please do not change the “recipe”! The ambience, the service, the decor & the food could not be any better! Our waitress, Christine, was so knowledgeable about the menu and was the perfect waitress…attentive to details, respectful, had a wonderful personality and took great care of us. We had the Braised Short Ribs and Striped Sea Bass for our entrees and they were the best we’ve ever had! Kudos to the chefs for everything prepared! The lobster bisque soup was actually hot, not barely warm like most restaurants serve soup, the desserts were more than delicious! Everything about Cascade was more than we expected and allowed us a most delightful evening! Thank you, Cascade, for a perfect dining experience!

We loved our brunch on Easter Sunday, Cascade’s inaugural brunch offering that we understand will be available every Sunday. They also served from the regular menu, so lots to choose from. We raved about the cinnamon roll to start. It was so warm and gooey and covered in cinnamon and frosting. The brunch items were all delicious. We tried the King Crab Benedict and it was amazing. We loved the lobster salad too. The quiche was super light and flavorful, with a lovely side salad. The avocado toast was also scrumptious. Great food paired with mimosas - we cannot say enough good things about this meal. The place was packed and everyone was dressed up and seemed to be having a wonderful time with families and friends. I will be back for brunch on Sundays for sure!

Everything about Cascade was amazing! The vibes of the restaurant were very relaxing. The food was outstanding. It was a pretty expensive meal, but very much well worth it!! I got the filet mignon and it was cooked to perfection, it didn’t even need a sauce to pair with it. My date got the burger, and it was the best I’ve had. I also noticed one of the managers/owners walking around checking on customers and ensuring that the staff was doing things correctly. Our waitress was very kind and helpful. I definitely reccomend!!

Many of the food selections are very creative and the offerings are on par with high quality steak houses. This was our second visit to this restaurant and additional focus needs to be placed on service so that its quality is on par with the food.

Overall it was a good dining experience. The food was just ok but expected better for the price. The restaurant was very nice and the wait staff was excellent. I had higher hopes for the food.
