Gather with family and friends to enjoy a beautifully crafted holiday meal in a warm and inviting setting. Our chef has created a menu that’s perfect for savoring the season and making special memories together. Reservations are available from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A $25 non-refundable deposit, applied to your final bill, is required to secure your reservation. Pricing is $95 per adult and $35 for children ages 3–12, with children under 3 dining free. All prices are subject to tax and service charges.

Thanksgiving four course meal was amazing! Everything was flavorful, plentiful, and the meal was well paced. The drink options were festive and complemented the Mel nicely. If they offer this service in the future we will definitely be back…

It was a Thanksgiving day brunch $30 per person. There was barely any food…Nothing was prepared on demand. The free breakfast at most low end hotels are much better than this was.

First time eating here. The young lady at the front desk was not very pleasant. The guy standing next to her was way more customer service and friendly. We waited a very long time to get drinks. Our appetizer never came before the meal and then when it did, it came with the meal just poor service. My husband waited quite a while with an empty glass for another refill of beer. I would not go back. The food was good but I wouldn’t say it was good enough to go back and eat there again. They were nice enough to take the appetizer off of our bill. Unfortunately very disappointed.

We ordered the Steak & Frites as well as the Braised Short Rib. The Demi that came with the steak and frites was inedible and quite frankly over priced. Great ambiance but most likely won’t be back.

What makes Castillo Craft Bar & Kitchen special starts with valet parking. It eliminates parking anxiety associated with downtown dining. Located in the Renaissance Hotel the ambiance has a high end vibe. We chose to dine on the porch. Our server, Jacob, had excellent knowledge of the menu, describing each item perfectly. We shared the charcuterie which was fabulous and large enough for 4. Next course was the pickled shrimp salad with grilled sourdough also excellent. Entrees were the mushroom bolognese and the fresh catch which was Red Drum. Both were outstanding. Between courses Bryce the food and beverage manager and Marcus the general manager visited with us and explained their mission of providing locally sourced ingredients with culinary preparations that speak to the St Augustine residents and tourists alike. Based on our experience they hit a home run. We finished the night with the datil bread pudding. Totally impressed. We will be back.
