   I went to the restaurant where even with reservation, they moved me to the rooftop promising the same menu. Once at the rooftop they only gave us the drink menu and a different food/experience.

   Dear Kyungtak, First and foremost, please accept our sincerest apologies for your recent experience with us. On the day of your visit, all tables in the main dining area were reserved for a private event, which is why we had to move some reservations to our rooftop space. We truly regret that you were only offered the Zielo menu upstairs. Our rooftop area always offers both menus — Castizo´s and Zielo´s menu — and we are honestly unsure how this oversight happened. It was certainly not the experience we intended for you. We are taking this matter very seriously and will be addressing it directly with our team to ensure it doesn’t happen again.    Castizo is a great option for Spanish Cuisine and the food is delicious. Service was a bit slow and waiters came back to repeat our order multiple times, we had to ask for our food because our order was not being delivered to us.

   Go for the food and the ambience (lovely outdoor terrace). Decent wines by the glass. White anchovies, stuffed zucchini flowers with truffle sauce, and my favorite squid ink paella. Had tartare of acorn fed pork on a crunchy thinly layered potato dish that was OMG. They should consider just offering a version just for the potatoes. I actually scraped off most of the chicharrón and dig into the potatoes which were spectacular. Very reasonably priced for the quality. Just another fabulous restaurant gem in Condesa!
