Excelente lugar la comida muy rica y el roof increíble ponen buena música a un volumen moderado y el servicio excelente.

Always enjoy the environment there, but there was a DJ loud music you couldn’t talk. People were dancing. I thought that this was a bad evening. Food was not that great. Some of it was cold and chewy not prepared properly but overall, I would not go back because the noise level was horrible. It’s not really a restaurant. It’s a disco bar restaurant

Hello Jason, First of all, we´d like to thank you for your visit. You´re completely right, this Saturday we had a different event (we don´t usually do this kind of events). We´re a completely regular restaurant, not loud, and with great food and ambiance. We´re sorry you had to experience a different Saturday with us, but we´d like to invite you back and live a real Saturday with us. Again sorry for the inconvenience. we hope to see you again soon.

Es la primera vez que voy. No había agua en los baños y parece que tampoco en todo el restaurant. Fue una experiencia muy desagradable. Hablé con los encargados del lugar y solo dijeron que era un problema de la zona y ofrecieron una disculpa. No creo regresar.

Estimado Gonzalo, El tema del agua es un problema general de la Condesa y de la Ciudad de México. La verdad es que, además de los problemas que tenemos de la operación de un restaurante grande, nos encontramos con este tipo de situaciones muchas veces, por la ciudad en la que vivimos, otra vez y lo tratamos de solucionar. Como era viernes, tardó en llegar la pipa que siempre tenemos que pedir, (estando listos para estas situaciones) como un gasto más. Como vemos, te gustó la comida y el ambiente. No creemos que nos merezcamos una mala nota por algún problema ajeno a nosotros. Saludos y muchas gracias por tu visita al restaurante.

Gran lugar de comida española. La comida formidable y muy bien servicio. Nos tocó el aniversario (¡Felicidades!) y hubo que aguantar un poco de ruido, pero se entiende, nada excesivo.

We think our menu has a lot of different things to offer, you probably just didn´t try everything.

Si se va al restaurante es mejor reservar en planta baja / Castizo; en el roof top el servicio es bueno, pero el ambiente no es el mismo y la comida tarda más en llegar y llega fría.

Hola Sergio, Antes que nada agradecer tu visita al restaurante. Reseñas como estas nos duelen mucho pero ten por seguro tomaremos medidas para que los alimentos lleguen a la temperatura que tienen que llegar. Para el tema del ambiente la realidad es que no podemos ser demasiado ruidosos por un tema de no incomodar a nuestros vecinos es por eso que manejamos música ambiente. Una vez mas gracias por tu visita.
