   My favorite restaurant in Dallas. The filet and mashed taters really do it for me.

   It is a lovely, spacious restaurant. The menu is easy to navigate. Good choices. Nice waitstaff. It is very loud, but this seems to be the trend.

   2 of the 4 things we ordered were terrible the crab on the rolls was clearly bad - it tasted funny and smelled - horrible

   Wait time to get our food was horrible. I also added that it was wife’s birthday when I made the reservation which the server didn’t know till I had to remind them.

   We went on a Monday night and had a great meal and great service. We definitely plan to return. My only complaint is the the valet charges guests a cheesy $5 to park your car, which is mandatory, while it is complimentary for the adjoining restaurant. Come on guys....

   Food was excellent, although the portion sizes seem small in comparison to other similar restaurants, say for example Komodo. Our server was very disappointing. The biggest issue I had was that my friend ordered a mocktail and received the alcoholic version. And when we told him, he wasn’t very remorseful and didn’t handle it professionally. While the person who ordered the mocktail was not pregnant or a recovering alcoholic, there was someone at that table who was and imagine if they took a sip of that drink? Also, he just wasn’t a good server. He kept trying to force us to get the edamame and shishito peppers without even giving us a chance to look at the menu. He asked us multiple times if we were good on cocktails to which we kept saying yes, it seemed like he just wanted to get us to order more drinks to make the tab larger. He also asked more than once about desert after we told him no. He was also not very attentive and overall was just not that pleasant.
