   We went last year and enjoyed ourselves, however this year after we arrived on time, we were asked to wait at the bar, which is no problem, so we had martinis and waited. We waited over half an hour and after asking about our table the hostess was rude and dismissive and we were then taken to the absolute worst table in the restaurant, in the basement, in the corner by the bussing station. The food is still very good and our waiter and sommelier were very nice.

   Always a special experience. Our 10th time in the last few years and never disappoints. Food is amazing from pretzels up front to baked Alaska for desert. Steaks are phenomenal. Be prepared for an over the top expense, but we keep coming back.

   We had an amazing dinner at Catch Steak Aspen. Everything was superb from the cocktails and wine, the Caesar salad, the incredible steaks, and desert. The service was first rate and the atmosphere and ambience were wonderful.

   The truffle butter filet is exceptionally good, and so are all of the sides and sushi rolls. We sat in the downstairs area. I was initially worried it would not have a good atmosphere. I was happily surprised to see the downstairs room was completely full and had the same vibrant atmosphere as upstairs.

   Always such an amazing time here. Food is incredible and staff is great. Only complaint is it’s always too loud. But will always come back!!

    Walk into a place that smells like marijuana. Didn’t get seated till 30 minutes after reservation. Vibing scene however terrible service. Had two dover sole with bones in both at $160 each along with a wedge salad that was forgotten. Sushi was great but will not be back.
