Positioned beside the mountains, Catch Steak Aspen combines the authority of a classic steakhouse with the energetic vibe of a Catch Hospitality Group property. The intimate outpost of this New York and Los Angeles staple is spread throughout two levels, including an outdoor terrace with sweeping views of Aspen Mountain. The menu featured a curated collection of the world's best cuts and Catch-style dishes for a more approachable steakhouse experience.

Love the ambience and coat check. Everyone there looked great. We were seated 10 min past our reso time even though we showed up 15 min early. Food was good overall. Caesar salad was great. Truffle butter filet cooked well, but the butter flavor was lacking. The truffle pasta special was ok. It lacked sauce and they should reconsider changing the type of pasta. Skinny pasta does not work for this dish. Spinach side was a nice balance.

Hands down the best experience in Aspen. The red room was beautiful, had a great vibe and the music playing added a nice touch. The service was outstanding and our party of five enjoyed everything; from the wine and cocktails, the sushi rolls, the wedge salad, steaks ( melt in your mouth), deserts, etc - fantastic !!

Forced to order everything at once so they could “stage it out” for us yet we literally had bus boys taking plates while there was still food on them. Asked for them to slow it down and were still incredibly rushed through the entire meal. Wouldn’t recommend.

Beautiful location, great staff, and amazing food. Highly recommend trying their rolls and the banana dessert. (Can’t remember the name, but it has flames. Super cool and tasty.

I always like the vibe at Catch and the food & service is usually consistent. This experience was sub par, thanks to our server who was difficult to understand and was pushy.. trying to up-sell our table of 8 with expensive bottles of wine. Plates and cocktails were cleared before they were finished. He forgot one of the guests steak and when my guest tried to cancel the order, the waiter argued saying it was coming in a minute.... Not sure I'll be back.
